Cancellation Policy

At Sacred Heart Hair, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can best serve all guests, we kindly ask for notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• 72 hours notice: 25% of service total
   
• 48 hours notice: 50% of service total
   
• 24 hours notice: 75% of service total
   
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of service total
   

Cancellation fees are based on the scheduled service amount and will be charged to the card on file.
